Hammer of the Justice Part 1

PART 1

There's an old saying that Justice is for the guilty and not the innocent. One reality suggest that Justice is blind and impartial but I don't believe that to be a reality at all. Often I have seen people go free that probably were guilty as sin!!! But who am I to judge?

I do know this: Our prisons are so full right now and costing billions of dollars per year to maintain the U.S. Federal and States penal systems. I say let's review all of the sentences that have been imposed in the last, say 50 years, and let's start commuting some of those sentences. For example, when marijuana becomes legal in all 50 states under Federal law, then if a prior drug dealer gets a commuted sentence on a drug charge because their sentence was rather harsh and they deal drugs again, send them back to prison for 20 years- AND NO PROBATION! They then will work on the penal farm where marijuana is grown, harvested and shipped. Watch them like a hawk so they don't get to smoke up a joint or a blunt or a bowl or eat any green brownies! ...Harsh! The nearly 50% tax that will be charged on his produced crop at THE CBD and Liquor Stores, will more than pay for his room and board at the Prison Weed Farm known as PWF.

But my real point of this blog is to talk about White Collar Crime in the US and not drug law reformation. I do believe harsh sentences ought to be passed out for white collar crimes, as well as drug dealers. They both steal the good from people that need help. No doubt there are unconvicted felons walking the streets of DC and East LA and many other towns and burgs in the United States. I know many of you are asking how is it that Jack is comparing career politicians to drug dealers. I tell you they are both purveyors of untruths and they sell huge, hurtful and damning lies in bags of goods that Maim. Kill and Destroy.

Let's put those career politicians in Hammer Prison building houses for the homeless... hammering away at boards and more boards and never ending boards....
