OUR THREE-POINT PLAN OF ACTION
A Nation in Need of Reform
Each of the three agendas below represents a concrete, actionable pathway to restore justice, accountability, and liberty for every American citizen. Click any agenda to explore the full details — and find out how your donation fuels the movement.
AGENDA 01
Student Debt Crisis Resolution
"Every current and former student that owes $39,000 to $200,000 in student loan debt has mortgaged their financial future for many many years, often taking their debt with them into retirement."
With an interest rate of 5-15% it will be difficult for any of these loan participants to solve their debt problem. Additionally, their spouses, significant others and or parents are also often unfairly straddled with this debt.
Present repayment timeframe is 25 years!
FreedomAide’s proposal is to compromise all existing student loan debt within 6-10 years!
We are advocating for student loans to be treated as unsecured debt within a government or bankruptcy reform process that does not impact credit ratings.
By joining our movement and donating to our gofundme project, you are assisting us in becoming a legislative advocate for all students dealing with the current student debt nightmare crisis.
THE HUMAN COST - TWO AMERICAN STORIES
SCENARIO 02
SCENARIO 01
If you want the government, big banks and educational institutions to be held accountable for our current student loan crisis, DONATE NOW to allow Jack to build a forceful lobby movement utilizing his extensive Federal Government experience to work towards implementing a student loan debt forgiveness program.
Bobby and little sister Marie asked parents Dan and Lucinda when they could go on vacation to Disney Land. Their distraught parents explain to their beautiful children that they can’t go on vacation (or take those music lessons, or dancing lessons, or purchase a home) until their school debt is paid off. In the meantime, Dan and Lucinda did their best to provide Bobby and Marie with ‘Staycations’. Sadly, Dan is retired and Lucinda is soon to follow. The children never made it to Disney Land. They are grown up now, with children of their own. They passed on a college education in favor of blue-collar jobs and trades.
Now picture this if you will! Dan (now also a Grandparent) graduated from The University when he was 24 years old. Last year when Dan retired, he still unfortunately owed $32,000.00 in student loan debt. Today, the federal government and IRS levied and seized most of his social security income and applied it to Dan’s loan debt. Meanwhile, last month, Grandpa Dan's grandson, Joey, was approved for his first 2 years of student loans at the very same University. Wow! It seems there may be a generational student loan debt curse! This is so near the truth for many student loan nightmare situations that it is truly scary!

AGENDA 02
Advocacy for Constitutional Reform
What is advocacy for legislative and constitutional reform?
Advocacy for legislative and constitutional reform is the strategic, organized effort to influence, change, create, or abolish laws and fundamental governing documents (constitutions). It involves engaging lawmakers and government officials to persuade them to adopt specific policy changes that reflect the values or needs of a particular community or cause.
KEY COMPONENTS OF ADVOCACY
Legislative Advocacy
Focuses on influencing the development, passage, or defeat of specific bills or regulations by federal, state, or local governments.
Constitutional Reform
A deeper, often more complex form of advocacy aiming to alter the foundational framework of a state or nation, such as amending a state constitution.
Lobbying
A direct form of advocacy that involves face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or written communications with legislators or their staff to influence their voting.
STRATEGIES AND TACTICS
Advocates for reform use various methods, often combining them for maximum impact:
Direct Lobbying
1.
Direct communication with elected officials, providing testimony at hearings, and assisting with the wording of bills.
Grassroots Mobilization
2.
Organizing everyday citizens to contact their representatives through phone calls, emails, petitions, and social media campaigns.
Grasstops Advocacy
3.
Targeting influential individuals (e.g., business leaders, faith leaders) to leverage their influence with specific lawmakers.
Coalition Building
4.
Partnering with other organizations to amplify the message and demonstrate broad support.
Policy Research and Education
5.
Developing evidence-based arguments, white papers, and educational campaigns to educate lawmakers and the public.
Media Advocacy
6.
Utilizing the press, op-eds, and digital campaigns to shape public opinion and put pressure on decision-makers.
Strategic Litigation
7.
Using the courts to challenge existing laws and interpret constitutional rights, acting as a form of law reform.
GOALS AND CONTEXT
Advocacy efforts for reform often aim to:
POLICY
Improve Public Policy:
Addressing issues like education, healthcare access, housing rights, and environmental protection.
RESOURCES
Secure Funding:
Influencing budget decisions at local, state, or federal levels to ensure resources for a cause.
JUSTICE
Promote Social Justice:
Challenging systemic inequities and protecting the rights of marginalized populations.
LIBERTY
Defend Liberties:
Fighting against unnecessary or burdensome government restrictions on individuals' rights.
WHO ENGAGES IN THIS ADVOCACY?
A wide range of entities participate, including nonprofits, trade associations, labor unions, and corporations. For example, 501(c)(3) nonprofits are permitted to engage in lobbying within legal limits, often electing 501(h) status to establish clear spending thresholds.
AGENDA 03
Congressional Term Limits
How can ‘WE The People’ accomplish and impose term limits on U.S. Congressmen and Senators?
Accomplishing term limits on Congress requires a U.S. Constitutional amendment which can be achieved either by a two-thirds vote in both houses of Congress, or more likely, through a national convention called by 34 state legislatures, followed by ratification by 38 states. This process bypasses Congress, allowing States to impose mandatory short-term rotation on federal representatives.
U.S. TERM LIMITS: PRIMARY METHODS
Here are the primary methods to achieve term limits:
Article V Convention of States:
1.
34 state legislatures can pass resolutions to call a convention to propose a constitutional amendment for term limits. This bypasses a reluctant Congress. Currently, 14 states have passed the specific single-subject application for this, with several more having passed similar applications.
Congressional Action:
2.
Two-thirds of both the House and Senate can vote to propose a term limits amendment. Currently, resolutions like H.J.Res.12 (2025-2026) are proposed to limit senators to two terms and representatives to three terms.
Ratification:
3.
Once an amendment is proposed via either method, it must be ratified by the legislatures of 38 states (three-fourths of the states) to become law.
Citizen Activism and Pledges:
4.
Advocacy groups like FreedomAide.Org and U.S. Term Limits work to get candidates to sign a pledge to support the amendment, forcing lawmakers to address the issue.
State-Level Ballot Measures:
5.
In some cases, states can pass initiatives to compel their officials to push for a federal amendment.
WHY THIS IS NECESSARY
The Supreme Court ruled in U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton (1995) that states cannot create stricter qualifications for Congress than those listed in the Constitution, meaning a Constitutional amendment is the only legal avenue. Public support for this issue is high, often polling around 80%.
QUOTES, QUESTIONS & QUIRKY THOUGHTS!
Thomas Sowell, A Great American Activist.
"When I see the worsening degeneracy in our politicians, our media, our educators, and our intelligentsia, I can't help wondering if the day may yet come when the only thing that can save this country is a military coup."
"Now that's a comforting, conservative thought… isn't it?"
A QUESTION BEGGING TO BE ASKED IS…
"Where are the churches in these matters?"
~ Asked by Jack
A SOBERING THIRD OPTION
There is a third, but devastating option to achieve terminal - term limits. A full-on, take it to the streets revolution and subsequent declaration of martial law and military rule would without a doubt cause terminal limits.
BECOME A DIRECTOR
We are seeking 52 volunteer regional directors to lead local chapters and organize constitutional workshops.
